Alexis Roe is a Zumba fitness instructor and district reprensative for Zumba Fitness, LLC whose region consists of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Ohio.

Recently, she's reached out to the Jersey Shore, and elsewhere, to offer help.

She has reached out to her district and all of its instructors because she's had "truckloads" of donations coming to her studio, Studio 55 Fitness in Toms River.

From Roe:

"The Zumba instructors in my district have collected thousands of items to donate to the Jersey Shore victims. In addition, we have people shipping items in from South Carolina, Maryland, Northern California, Tennessee and North Carolina. I am looking for shelter facilites and/or families in need to deliver these items to. We also have a chain of Hurrican Sandy relief Zumba® Fitness fundraisers that we are coordinating throughout every county in New Jersey and also several in Delaware, Maryland, South Carolina and California."
