Accident, Possible Injury, At Ridgeway Road and Sixth Avenue In Manchester
Medevac requested
At least one person may have been injured in an accident at Ridgeway Road and Sixth Avenue on Thursday.
An airlift was requested for the accident, which involved possible entrapment, according to police communications.

LB, it doesn't. I wonder if it was at 10th Ave. The 10th Ave/571 area is a mess and there have been plenty of accidents at that location.

Bill, I didn't think so. I live in PLP and there are many accidents in the area. All three exits, including the light, are bad. I believe they should change the way the light works. There should be only one side on 571 going at a time- not delayed-jmo

LB, or pull over more these nut jobs that head up 571 to Route 70 going 60 mph. I drive in this area every day and speed is the main problem. Since people don't seem to want to willingly slow down to the posted speed limit, they should be ticketed often.

the speed limit there is only 40mph from TR to Commonwealth. Then it's 50 to Rt 70. It's not a raceway. It's still a residential and school (at 35mph at times) area.
