Man Busted For Having Heroin And Cocaine In Manchester
Jose Mimoso also charged with possessing Alprazolam
A man was indicted this past week for possessing several types of hardcore drugs in Manchester, according to Ocean County Courthouse records.
Jose Mimoso was charged with possessing heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam.
Alprazolam's trade name is Xanax, an anti-anxiety drug.
Court records provided by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday say the indicident occurred on Aug. 19, 2012. The records say Mimoso allegedly did not have a valid prescription for Alprazolam.
No information on bail was available.

And it will continue to be so. Too much money involved with cops, fines, lawyers, judges, jails and on and on to stop it. Huge legal industry depends on it being illegal but available.
