Police charged Luis Angel Gonzalez after stopping his 2004 Ford Mustang as he drove west on Union Avenue, at approximately 2:30 p.m.
A 30-year-old man was charged in Lakehurst Saturday for possessing anabolic steroids and a hypodermic syringe, police said.
Police charged Luis Angel Gonzalez of Beachwood after stopping his 2004 Ford Mustang as he drove west on Union Avenue, at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Officer Matthew Kline had observed the driver talking on a cell phone before pulling him over, police said.
Kline conducted an on-scene investigation, which led to the discovery of a vial of Testosterone Cypionate (the anabolic steroid), and a hypodermic syringe.
Gonzalez was arrested and transported to Lakehurst Police Headquarters for processing. He was charged with possession of anabolic steroids, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and talking on a cell phone, police said.

Cops can search your car for talking on cell phone? That's probable cause for search?

That's bull .. cops do what they want when they want. That is not probable cause for a search. We should be allowed to search officer kline's home just cuz he looks suspicious in his blues walking outside. How would u like that copper !

I don't see where it says search, I see the phrase on scene investigation.... maybe the stuff was in plain sight in the middle of the day (2:30p.m.) which would be probable cause to unduct a search... you people jump right to conclusions, I say good job Ofc. Kline keep up the good work....
