I see this as the equivalent of an open container. Not knocking the cop who was just doing his job, but marijuana is now legal in two states. This is like catching a guy with fireworks and making it front page news. Is it really fair to post this man's name in the newspaper and embarrass him over it?

But it isnt legal here! If you dont want to be embarrassed(which i doubt he is) dont do it. I belive in medical marijuana but feel its too easy to get it. If you have a cancer or life threaten illness ok, but not if you cant sleep or have a hang nail. Bottom line he got busted
