Hide and Seek: There have to be better hiding spots than a car trunk. Mount Arlington police approached the lone sedan in a parking lot near Fireman's Field late Tuesday night. A Pine Brook woman was found in the trunk. Lynn A. Wilson, 48, was charged with providing false information and creating a public alarm.

A Herb Garden… of Sorts: It’s one thing to take pride in your garden but make sure your vegetation is of the legal variety. Manchester police say Kevin K. Sangermano, 53, decided to grow marijuana in planters outside his Crestwood Village home. Sangermano was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Not an Episode of Supermarket Sweep: No word on whether the classic television game show will make a comeback, put we can think of a few potential contestants. West Deptford police say a trio in West Deptford tried to rush out of ShopRite with carts full of $1,500 in merchandise.

Bizarre Kidnapping: Cinnaminson police say three men assaulted and kidnapped another man for several hours Sunday. The incident culminated with Hakki Kumas, Erdal Kumas and Serkan Canturk allegedly driving the man to a coffeehouse and demanding he announce to the crowd that he was "a bad man" and "a son of a bitch."

Clean Car Thief: A thief in Bernards Township made off with a commercial-strength vacuum when he or she stole an unlocked Honda Odyssey last weekend. The minivan, which had been left with the keys inside, also held a classical guitar valued at $600, Bernards Township police said.
