Just heard USPS to stop Saturday delivery to save $...hope they are able to survive their debt - still nice to receive a hand written note

That building and Post Office might of been there around 1861, but the photo isn't around 1861. That is an early 1900's vehicle in the picture.

The ways that Americans will be communicating with one another in the years to come can be seen whenever one hits the road on wheels, on foot, by air, by rail or other forms of public transportation. Electronically. But don't fret. "Things will always get worse before they get better." That's a quote from the generation of Americans who came of age in the 1940's. Look for a comeback of the "oldies but the goodies" in the year, say....2097.
