The first incident was on Monday, Aug. 6, when Patrolman Ian Bole stopped 39-year-old John Anthony Fenimore Jr. of Howell along Route 571 and charged him with the offense. Fenimore was released with a summons to appear in court, Parker said.

On Friday, Aug. 10, Patrolman Christian Nazario stopped Vincent C. Smith, 45, of Cape May Beach along Route 571 and charged him with DWI. Police released Smith with a court summons, according to Parker.

Other incidents on last week's police blotter include:

Sunday, Aug. 5

Suzannne M. Biese, 20, of Jackson, was charged with loitering for controlled dangerous substances in Summit Park by Patrolman Peter Manco. Biese was released pending a court appearance, Parker said.

Toms River resident Roderick J. Seward, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct in Manchester's Pine Lake Park section by Patrolman Christian Nazario. Seward was issued a summons to appear in court, Parker said.

Thursday, Aug. 9

Patrolman Anthony Iliadis charged 49-year-old Kevin E. Meier of Whiting with possession of a weapon at Crestwood Village V's Hilltop Hall. Meier was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, according to Parker.

The above charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
