Ridgeway Elementary School Kindergarteners built their own bird houses when The Home Depot came for a special workshop. Each student was given a Home Depot apron and building kit and followed multi-step instructions to create their own wooden project.

Students enjoyed using tools and also painted their own masterpieces. Upon completion, they also received a pin and certificate. The kindergarten teachers said they want to thank Home Depot for teaching about community helpers and providing a wonderful learning experience.
