The threat of severe storms in the area forced the posponement of an outdoor performance planned for Sunday evening by a Whiting theater company.

The Studio Stage review featuring music from "Fiddler on the Roof" has been rescheduled for this week, according to Producing Artistic Director Michael Grande.

“They told us last minute that we would have to postpone the performance because of the passing storms in the area,” Grande said.

The show has been rescheduled for this upcoming Friday, July 20, at 5:30 p.m. at the Whiting Town Center.
