Three Ocean County residents were arrested and charged with drug possession in Manchester in mid-May, according to blotter information released by Capt. Lisa Parker.

The first charge came on May 16 when Thomas J. Wojtraszck, 45, of Manchester, was stopped on Twelfth Avenue by Ptl. Brian Collins and was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to Parker, Wojtraszck was released pending a court date.

On May 17, Jardeep S. Athwal, 18, of Toms River, was stopped on Route 547 by Ptl. Anthonio Ellis and was charged with DWI and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to Parker, Athwal was released pending a court date.

The third drug arrest came on May 19 when Erika Olsen, 22, of Whiting, was stopped on Wellington Avenue by Ptl. Daniel Barker and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to Parker, Olsen was released pending a court date.

• Vanessa Bryson, 52, of Manchester, was charged with DWI after a stop on Nathan Avenue by Ptl. Brian Collins. According to Parker, Bryson was released pending a court date.

May 17

• Victor S. Schwind, 59, of Whiting, was charged with DWI following a stop on Crestwood Parkway by Ptl. Charles Brooks. According to Parker, Schwind was released pending a court date.

May 18

• Josef G. Pentz, 22, of Lakehurst, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Sal Ventre at the police department headquarters on Colonial Drive. According to Parker, Pentz posted bail.

May 19

• Allen Neilson, 23, of Manchester, was charged with DWI following a stop by Ptl. Chris Cerullo on Holly Hill Road. According to Parker, Neilson was released pending a court date.

May 21

• Max Kuhn, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Colbye Commons by Ptl. Chris Cerullo. According to Parker, Kuhn posted bail.
