Http//www.ScottNeumanforCongress.com Fighting for the citizens of District four. With a 7%Read Moreapproval rating in Congress, why vote for the same people/mistakes and expect something different. Scott Neuman, a 20 year Pine Lake Park Resident, running as a Democratic-republicanparty.org member, offers a different take on what honest, non pay for play, Representatives can offer our district and country. Visit my site, and see why I'm the best person for our town, township, county and District. Hey, NEUMAN.

The fountains and boats were probably removed to a politicians private property!

Unfortunately you had a Public works Director that is as you know now fired by the Mayor who at one Read Moretime was his buddy so you know it had to be bad. That being said he liked to punish people with his I am in charge attitude and will do whatever I want. He hated Pine Lake and looked to take away all he could. Whiting Lake had all is attention. He built the skate park at 5th avenue and then took it away-He put the paddle boats there then took it away. He wanted to take away the splash park too but there was much resistance because that was all that was left. He was given so much power at one time running the whole show. In charge of public works, parks, engineering, water department, building department etc. The power he was given was his ticket to become the Don of Manchester Town Hall. If you didn't follow his beliefs or made him angry there was punishment to pay. Ligitimate discrimination lawsuits that cost the taxpayers a lot of money which by the way were all settled out of court so you will never know publicly the pay out. Thank God he is gone and I do strongly urge you to vote for Ken Palmer he isn't attached to the existing governing body and will be your best shot at getting the Pine Lake back to a recreational park and lake. He will treat all the same without discrimination for people or neighborhoods. I write this not just on speculation but on experience.

chris nolan July 10, 2014 at 02:12 PM

Joe Carter July 10, 2014 at 06:02 PM
Thanks Chris. I believe you & respect your opinion.
My brother is my running mate....are you still his nut-job ex's sister?

I wouldn't be concerned. The biggest criminals of all are sitting in Congress and on the boards of Read Morethe big banks and other corporations.
Rather why I am in the race...to give a choice not beholden to the partisan machines.

Amen! Ultraconservative Smith has gotten fat at the public trough, doing the bidding of right-wing Read Morefat-cat political campaign donors who oppose equal rights for women and so many other issues that the people want.

To whomever wrote the article....it is Bill Maher, not Mahar.

How do you deal with drones blowing up innocents in other countries when we haven't declared war on Read Morethem by an act of Congress? Why aren't we trying criminals (terrorists in Guantanamo) as per our Constitution. We're on a slippery sloop. We really need Congressmen and Senators that will stand up for what is right rather then bending over and accepting what is given them in the rear. http://www.ScottNeumanforCongress.com in Manchester and the rest of the 4th district gives you a person that will stand up for our district. http://www.DRParty.org if you want more men and women that are standing up for what is right. Remember. What is right never changes, Who is wrong can be changed.
Scott Neuman June 24, 2014 at 11:14 PM
Special times? You ignore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the 27 amendments at your own Read Morerisk. Bet you didn't know the Bill of Rights had 12 amendments, not 10? And that all are now ratified and need to be followed? Good luck with anyone currently in Congress standing up for the True First Amendment. http://www.boldtruth.com for a quick education on our Bill of Rights.

SO, You're saying when Bush did this stuff, you hated him and had to get him out of office, but now Read MoreObama is doing it so it's okay....got it....drink your kool-aid. Rev. Jim Jones would have loved you.

Oh my, now we can't have that now, can we? My how things have changed. Worse yet, according toRead MoreAda m Smith (founder of modern capitalism), no more than 20% of the population should hold the most wealth of the Nation. Would he be surprised to find out that has now been whittled down to 2%. And still, no one does anything about it, or even cares. Sad.

We also had jobs in this country and 55% were not on welfare as a career option. How about we taxRead MoreH ollywood at 90%. They do not create jobs like business owners do. People forget that those "rich" people are also reinvesting their money and hiring when cash flow is not all going to big Government.
Sharon H June 22, 2014 at 12:27 PM
Unfortunately, too many times when they "reinvest", they keep the profits in their ownRead Morepoc kets. Or keep laying off bunches of folks while paying the top admins and themselves huge chunks of money. Like the bank bailouts. The banks had a choice of two things: open up credit and start doing business again while getting rid of the ones who brought the whole thing about or 2) investing the bailout money, put an even bigger squeeze on credit and keeping the investment proceeds for themselves (which includes ridiculously huge amounts of bonuses to those who actually were frauds and did their jobs poorly). Guess which choice they picked.

GOOD! Why do lazy, entitled kids go to college anyway? There is no reason why you can't work while Read Moreattending college rather taking out a 100k loan and party hard all four years. I came from a poor family and WORKED while attending school. Left college with a manageable student loan (less than 15k) which I paid off by WORKING even harder after graduating. Kids need to get a grip and learn hard work is what gets you things.
George Johnson June 04, 2014 at 09:48 AM
I was NOT going to vote but now I will because your propaganda has motivated me to vote for ChrisRead MoreSm ith.
Artist/Engineer June 07, 2014 at 07:49 AM
It's not propaganda when it tells the truth. Chris Smith is a disaster for District 4. To GeorgeRead MoreJoh nson, why would you vote FOR Smith? We can do so much better.
Marina June 08, 2014 at 08:55 PM
Hard to believe someone who is hiding behind a bogus name. More the reason to vote for ChrisRead MoreSmith.
