DESCRIPTION:Caring for the elderly can sometimes cause feelings of isolat
 ion\, personal imbalance and overwhelming anxiety. The Center for Health
 y Living at Kimball Medical Center\, in cooperation with the Ocean Count
 y Office of Senior Services\, is offering a support group for caregivers
  to help them enhance their coping skills and develop strategies to rega
 in control.\nFacilitated by a licensed social worker\, the caregivers su
 pport group will teach participants how to maintain balance in their own
  lives while caring for their loved ones. It&rsquo\;s open to those cari
 ng for any person over age 60 living in Ocean County\, including a relat
 ive\, friend or a neighbor.\nKimball offers two free\, ongoing support g
 roups every Tuesday from 12:30 &ndash\; 2:30 p.m. or every Wednesday fro
 m 11:45 a.m. &ndash\; 1:30 p.m. at The Center for Healthy Living at 198
