 arnabas Health facility\, will offer gentle and classic yoga classes for
  men and women of all ages.\nAppropriate for beginners as well as season
 ed practitioners\, classic and gentle yoga classes will help participant
 s learn how to increase flexibility\, range of motion\, energy and relax
 ation. Classic yoga includes the sun salutation\, warrior pose and shoul
 der stand. Gentle yoga includes a full range of basic yoga stretches and
  positions.\nBoth classes are held on Friday mornings: classic yoga clas
 ses will be held from 9 &ndash\; 10:15 a.m.\, and gentle yoga classes wi
 ll be held from 10:30 &ndash\; 11:45 a.m. Each class will be held at The
  Center for Healthy Living at 198 Prospect St. in Lakewood.\nThe course
