Save Camp Eagle Island Boardwalk Hike!

Did you ever attend summer camp; sleep out under the stars; sing around the campfire; smell the pine air away from the city; commune with nature; make lifelong friends? Did you find those summer experience positive, life-changing ones?  Help save the old Girl Scout Camp Eagle Island from being sold.  Join the Friends of Eagle Island Boardwalk Hike at Point Pleasant Beach on  Sat., Oct.5th at 9:30 am on the boardwalk side of Jenkinson's Pier kiddie train ride.  Help preserve this unique wilderness camp in the Adirondacks on Lake Saranac so future generations for future generations of children.  Can't come?  Go to the www.friendsofeagleisland.org website and donate to the fund drive.
