The Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center Offers Free Breast Screening Programs

In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center will be providing a free breast education and screening program at each of its satellite locations throughout October and early November.

The programs will feature free clinical breast exams and screening mammograms. Same day mammogram reads will be available. Each event will also feature assessment for the High Risk Cancer Program, breast health education, refreshments and giveaways.

The free breast education and screening programs at the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center locations will take place as follows:

  • Tuesday, October 8 from 2 to 6 p.m.
    Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center at Colts Neck, 310 Route 34 South, Colts Neck, NJ
  • Wednesday, October 16 from 2 to 6 p.m.
    Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center at Howell, 59 Kent Road, Howell, NJ
  • Tuesday, October 29 from 2 to 6 p.m.
    Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue,  Long Branch, NJ
  • Thursday, November 7 from 2 to 6 p.m.
    Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center at Kimball Medical Center, Suite 200, 500 River Avenue, Lakewood

Screenings are open to insured and uninsured women. Screenings for uninsured women are made possible by a grant from the Central and South Jersey Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. If insured, insurance information will be required at time of registration. For an appointment, call 732-923-7700, option 1. Program is limited for screening appointments so early registration is suggested.

The Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center is a recognized leader in providing the most advanced array of breast health services for women concerned about breast health.
