1. The Shalom Book and Film Discussion Club will meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at . Dr. Ali Botein-Furrevig, Ocean County College English professor, will lead the discussion of "The Man in the Sharkskin Suit: My Family's Exodus from Old Cairo to the New World" by Lucette Matalon Lagnado. 2. The County Connection will hold free stroke screenings beginning at 9:30 a.m. at its Ocean County Mall office. Call 732-288-7777 to make your appointment.
