June 12: Big Bird's Sky Adventure, Fine Arts Festival and BlueClaws Compete

1. The Robert J. Novins Planetarium has a few shows today: "One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure" at 11:30 a.m., "Exploring the Spring Sky" at 1 p.m. and "Bad Astronomy: Myths and Misconceptions" at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $7 for children 12 and under and OCC students. 4. The Jersey Shore Fine Ars Festival will be held at the Ethel Jacobson Field in Ship Bottom from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be original paintings, sculpture, jewelry, glass, pottery, wood, photography, and textiles. Admission is free. For more information, call 631-421-1590.
