March 1: High School Testing, Writer's Circle and Veterans Services

Five things to consider today

We're out of February and starting March. We will start off the month with sun and a high of 45 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

Here are some things to consider today:

1. HSPA testing at Manchester High School begins today for juniors. Seniors have a delayed opening while juniors have an early dismissal. Check the schedule for times.
