1. The Manchester Township Council will meet at 6 p.m. at the Municipal Complex on Colonial Drive. Check the agenda online before heading to the meeting.

2. Celebrate Women's History Month by creating and viewing paper dolls at the Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library. Register online or call 732-657-7600 for more information about this ages 8-13 event.

3. Want to change careers? From 5:45 to 9:30 p.m., Workforce New Jersey's Christine Karaska will be at the Connection's Ocean County Mall office with tips on how to land the right job. Bring your resume to the Connection's office located near JC Penny's. Call 732-288-7777 for more information.

4. Ocean County College students are on Spring Break starting today. Classes will resume on March 21. Enjoy the break.
