1. The Manchester Board of Education will hold a special meeting to present its  in detail. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Manchester Township High School auditorium. A public vote will be held on April 27 and voter information is available online.

2. Today marks the final day of kindergarten registration for Manchester schools. Parents are asked to register their child at the school they will attend. Information, including the required documentation and school phone numbers, is available online.

4. The County Connection will host osteoporosis screenings for women from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at their Ocean County Mall office. Call 732-288-7777 to make an appointment.

5. St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church and the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders will celebrate Greek Independence Day by raising the Greek flag at the Ocean County Administration Building on Hooper Avenue at 4 p.m. Call 732-929-0342 for more information.
