1. Lego Club will meet at at 3:30 p.m. Children ages 6-12 can make friends while building with blocks supplied by the library. Call 732-657-7600 for more information.

2. The Manchester Hawks recreation football and cheer squads from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ridgeway Volunteer Fire House. 

3. "Beauty and the Beast" will be staged by the American Family's Theater at the Strand Center for the Arts, 400 Clifton Ave. in Lakewood. Call 732-367-7789 for information about the 7 p.m. performance.

4. The Robert J. Novins Planetarium has two shows: "Exploring the Spring Sky" at 7 p.m. and "Bad Astronomy: Myths and Misconceptions" at 8:15 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $7 for children 12 and under and OCC students. Call 732-255-0343 for more information.

5. The BlueClaws will host the Greensboro Grasshoppers at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood at 7:05 p.m. Stay after the game for a fireworks display. Call 732-901-7000 for ticket information.
