Nov. 9: Tots and Crafts, Emergency Alert Test and Holiday Social
Five things to know in and around Manchester today
1. Tots and Crafts will begin at 10:30 a.m. at of the Ocean County Library. The program is designed for children ages 1-3.
2. Ocean County Office of Senior Services representatives will be at the County Connection in the Ocean County Mall to help residents with their Medicare selections now that open enrollment has arrived. Call 732-288-7777 to make an appointment.
3. The Emergency Alert System nationwide test will begin at 2 p.m.

4. Mrs. Gould's 10th Annual Holiday Social at Georgian Court University's Great Hall will begin at 11:30 a.m. Call 732-987-2263 for ticket information.
