Oct. 14: Hawks Football, Chess Club and Sky Shows
Five things to know in and around Manchester today
1. The Hawks football team will host Jackson Liberty for the school's homecoming game at 7 p.m.
2. Players of all ages and skill levels are invited to attend the Chess Club at from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The library asks that participants bring their own boards. Call 732-657-7600 for more information.

4. Cruise Night at the Jackson Crossing Shopping Center, 21 S. Hope Rd., will begin at 6 p.m. More information is available by calling 732-747-7846.
5. The Robert J. Novins Planetarium at Ocean County College will have programs beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $7 for children 12 and under and OCC students. Call 732-255-0343 for more information.
