Editor's Note: Manchester Patch Turns One

Manchester Patch celebrates its first year this week

I always make sure to check the agenda before heading out to Manchester's meetings. There's always something interesting, but this week something in particular caught my eye.

"Honoring the Manchester Patch for their First Anniversary" was listed under Proclamations. I was taken aback — not only that this year flew by, but that Patch has made a mark on our community. For that recognition, I'd like to thank Mayor Michael Fressola's office, the Township Council and the countless Manchester employees I pester on a daily basis.

When this site launched one year ago, I wrote that I wanted to reconnect with the community that I left about eight years ago when I went to college in Florida. Having just moved back to town, I had a bit of catching up to do.

As always, feel free to send me an email with whatever is on your mind.
