Sock Hop Festival At Manchester Library Slated For Saturday
Event is free, no registration required
The Manchester branch of the Ocean County Library will feature a "Sock Hop Festival" with a tribute to American Bandstand next Saturday in the library parking lot.
The Jersey Shore Roustabouts and Bristol Stompin' Bonnie will perform. The event will also feature sock hop dance instructions from Daniel's Ballroom and classic cars from the Vintage Automobile Club of Ocean County.
Bring your own chairs. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Manchester library branch. The event is free, no registration required.
