Multiple injuries were reportedly resulting from a crash at Route 70 and Manchester Boulevard Wednesday afternoon.

A patient was transported to Community Medical Center in Toms River, according to police communications.

Traffic is reportedly slow on Route 70 as emergency personnel tend to the scene.
