A 35-year-old Whiting man was arrested Monday after he allegedly used a false identity to avoid apprehension by the police.
Darryn T. Jackson, 35, offered the name of "Duane Sykes" to avoid being arrested in Neptune on outstanding warrants, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Jackson is listed as a resident of Woodchuck Parkway in Whiting.
