Join local Mandi Bean, local author and Manchester Township High School teacher, for an author talk and book signing at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library.  Her Beautiful Monster is an emotionally charged, romantic thriller.  Ms. Bean will also discuss the process she went through to have the book published.
