The second program in a two-part
series highlighting the kidnapping of Charles Lindbergh, Jr. will be held on
Tuesday, April 29 at 7:00 p.m. in the Toms River branch of the Ocean County Library.
Local attorney and memorabilia collector,
William L. Huneke, will speak on different aspects of the police-work, including
including
the ladder used by the kidnapper, and how luck also played a major role in solving the crime.
Artifacts ranging from Lindbergh's early life, marriage, kidnapping and trial will be show.
Free parking after 6:00 pm is available in
the Toms River parking garage behind the library or in the Ocean County garage on Hooper Avenue.
