Teddy bear Tea: girl scout daisy recruitment

Interested in joining the Girl Scouts?  The Girl Scouts
of the Jersey Shore Invite girls entering kindergarten and first grade to a teddy bear tea party on Saturday May 19,
2012. Girls will experience some of the many aspects of Girl Scouting. There will be refreshments and activities for the girls while parents learn about the Girl Scout program. The event is being held in Manahawkin at The Learning
Experience Center located on 1600 route 72 West. The event will run from 12:00 to 2pm. Please register by May 12, 2012

The Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore is different than other groups and organizations that provide services to girls. While those organizations focus on activities that last a season, Girl Scouting provides experience that lasts
a lifetime. The Girl Scouts engage girls' curiosity through programs and opportunities that they're actively involved in planning themselves. Every year, these events are reimagined.

This recruitment event has been planned and implemented by older Girl Scouts who are individual scouts working together.
Please register by May 12 so that the girls can prepare accordingly.

To register or get more information, please contact CY at cyramsay@girlscoutsjs.org or leave a message at The Girl Scout of The Jersey Shore service center 732-349-4499.
