Hawk Haunted 5K Nov. 2 Raises Money for Mascot

The combination 5K and one-mile walk start at 9 a.m. on the 2nd.

Bust out the running shoes and the... vampire teeth?

It's all fair game at the Hawk Haunted 5K at Manchester Township High School next weekend, where runners can go in costume—or not, if you're worried about those Frankenstein boots hurting your chances at a PR—to raise money for a planned bronze hawk statue for the high school.

The race goes off at 9 a.m. on Nov. 2, with an optional one-mile walk starting 15 minutes afterward. The entrance fee for the 5K is $20, and the one-mile walk is $5.
