$1 Million Mega Millions Winner in Manchester

The second-prize ticket hit in Tuesday night's drawing.

While there was no big winner in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, a second-place ticket worth $1 million was sold locally, New Jersey Lottery officials said.

The seven-figure prize is going to someone who bought a ticket at ShopRite of Manchester on Route 70, officials said.

Seven other third-prize tickets, worth $5,000 each, were sold around the state, with winners in Atlantic, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Somerset, Union and Warren counties, officials said.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday drawing were 5, 12, 22, 41 and 65. The Gold Mega Ball was 13, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 2.

With no one hitting the jackpot, Mega Millions will climb to $400 million for Friday's drawing.
