Manchester Senior Signs to Play D-1 Baseball

Devin Tomei will head to Campbell University next fall.

Manchester Township High School senior Devin Tomei is taking his talents to Division I next year, after officially signing a letter of intent to play baseball at Campbell University in North Carolina.

Tomei, a three-year varsity starting pitcher and four-year player for the Hawks, will take on a different role in college, becoming a reliever for the Camels, who play in the Big South Conference against teams like High Point, UNC-Asheville and Coastal Carolina.

While baseball's been Tomei's specialty, the Hawks senior has also played football and basketball and competed in indoor track during his high school career.
