1. A "Kids Don't Float" life jacket box build project sponsored by the New Jersey State Police will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company headquarters on Commonwealth Boulevard. Materials will be provided.

The Lakehurst Historical Society will be open Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m. House in the oldest Roman Catholic Church in Ocean County on 300 Center St. in Lakehurst, the society houses artifacts from the borough's rich history.
