- Lakehurst's redevelopment agency will meet at 7 p.m., and the borough council will follow at 7:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the community center on Center Street.
- Mr. Scott the Music Man will perform at Manchester's Branch of the Ocean County Library at 10:30 a.m. The tie-dye shirt-wearing Mr. Scott will encourage kids to dance around. Call 732-657-7600
Friday, May 4
- The senior tap dancing troupe The Calendar Girls will perform dance routines at Manchester's branch of the Ocean County Library at 2 p.m. No registration is required for this program.
Saturday, May 5
- A reception welcoming the works of Rosalie Zakutansky, a local artist, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. The still lifes, florals and landscapes will be on display at Manchester's branch of the Ocean County Library during the entire month of May.
- Lego Club will meet at at 11 a.m. Children ages 6-12 are invited to use the library's blocks. Call 732-657-7600 for more information.
