Joseph Anthony Dotoli Sr., 89, of the Whiting section of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2014, at the Virtua Hospital of Marlton.

Beloved husband of the late Irene. Loving father of John F. (Geraldine) Dotoli, Jeffery (Patrice) Dotoli, Irene (George) Gilruth, Carla (Bill) Jenkins, the late Joseph Jr., and daughter-in-law, Joan C. Dotoli. Proud grandfather of Justin (Andrea) Dotoli, Jared, Maren, Aubrey, Joshua, John, Jordan and Courtney.

Born in Newark, he served his country as a paratrooper in WWII for three years, he married the "love of his life" Irene Jordan, on June 11, 1949. Joe and Irene lived in Iselin for 35 years before moving to Whiting in 1987.

He was the youngest of 11 siblings, a veteran, a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend to all! He was a successful entrepreneur w/ "JoRene Cleaners" and "The Honeybee". He enjoyed watching sports, reading, music, poker, home cooked meals and spending time with his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2014 at Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown. A celebration of life service will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment to be held privately at Brig Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association , 1 Union St., Ste 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
