A resident suggested pre D.E.P approval would help the planning process

Not addressed was a Roxbury landfill where wet gypsum and wallboard dumped from Hurricane Sandy destroyed property produced hydrogen sulfide causing illness and odor.

Manchester is one of 13 statewide where gypsum and wallboard can be disposed of safely says the DEP. With 2 schools ,a little league field and increased population around the Rt70 landfill the state should monitor it closely making sure regulations are observed

A public report every 3 months would be a good solution
