12 Warrant Arrests Among Recent Manchester Police Reports

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate any convictions.

Manchester Township Police rounded up a dozen people on outstanding warrants over the last several weeks, including four people who ended up in the Ocean County Jail following their arrests.

Jonathan T. Loewing, 19, of Manchester, Diane Gonzalez, 23, of Toms River, Michelle L. Fusciardi, 27, of Jackson, and Joseph E. Hill, 50, of Blackwood, were all taken to the county jail following their arrests on outstanding warrants, police said, in separate incidents.

Hill was arrested along with Jason A. Hill, 30, who was released on a summons after being arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Also arrested on warrants but posting bail were Loretta R. Avallone, 51, of Brick, Pablo J. Laboy, 42, of Lakewood, Joseph A. Manzione Jr., 54, of Toms River, James R. Klass, 55, of Manchester, Paul M. Anderson, 29, of Manchester, and Michael P. Martin, 29, of Manchester.

Dominick J. Savino, 53, of Lodi, was turned over to Hackensack Police after being arrested on an outstanding warrant, and Anjelica C. Shimer, 27, of Medford, was released on her own recognizance after being arrested on a warrant.
