14 Drug Arrests Among Recent Manchester Police Reports

The following information was released by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Fourteen people were arrested on drug charges in a two-week period in November, including seven who were taken to the Ocean County Jail, according to the most recent statistics from the Manchester Township Police Department.

All 14 were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance; police did not immediately release what drugs, specifically, prompted the arrests.

Charged were:

Kenneth W. Funk, 22, of Manchester, who was arrested Nov. 5 and released on a summons.

Jessie J. Hankcock, 34, of Manchester, who was arrested Nov. 5 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Lauren Whitaker, 33, of Manchester, who was arrested Nov. 5 and transferred to the Ocean County Proseuctor’s Office.

Janessa J. Whitaker, 18, of Manchester, who was arrested Nov. 5 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Anthony C. Nailon, 46, of Toms River, who was arrested Nov. 6 and released on a summons.

Natali Castellanos, 20, of Toms River, who was arrested Nov. 13 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Nicolas D. Batalla, 25, of Forked River, who was arrested Nov. 14 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Johnnie W. Moser Jr., 32, of Seaside Heights, who was arrested Nov. 14 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Nicolas J. Damiano, 20, of Lanoka Harbor, who was arrested Nov. 15 and released on a summons.

Christopher K. Foglio, 27, of Toms River, who was arrested Nov. 16 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

David R. Studnicky, 49, of Toms River, who was arrested Nov. 17 and taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Zachary W. Taylor, 18, of Jackson, who was arrested Nov. 18 and released on a summons.

Rashaun E. Lee, 23, of Central Islip, NY, who was arrested Nov. 18 and released on a summons.

Kenneth J. Hans Jr., 21, of Brick, who was arrested Nov. 22; his status was not released.
