16 Arrested on Warrants in New Year

The following information was provided by Manchester Township Police. It does not indicate convictions.

A total of 16 people have been arrested on outstanding warrants since the first day of 2014, including five who ended up in the Ocean County Jail, according to the most recent statistics from the Manchester Township Police Department.

Aside from Jan. 4, officers have arrested at least one person on a warrant every day through the first two weeks of the year, including three each on Jan. 7 and 8.

  • Joseph E. Kline, 29, of Pine Beach, on Jan. 1. He was transferred to the custody of Brick Police.
  • Kevin T. Worthy Jr., 26, of Lakehurst, on Jan. 2. He was released after posting bail.
  • Carl E. Cherasia, 23, of Toms River, on Jan. 3. He was released after posting bail.
  • Annmarie Bonelli, 36, of Toms River, on Jan. 4. She was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Thomas J. Siepmann, 28, of Manchester, on Jan. 6. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Jason J. Meyer, 30 of Freehold, on Jan. 7. He was released after posting bail.
  • Belvin Williams, 25, of Camden, on Jan. 7. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Michael C. Butterfield, 30, of Manchester, on Jan. 7. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Ronald Stevensen, 63, of Manchester, on Jan. 8. He was transferred to the custody of Seaside Heights Police.
  • Christopher P. Cooper, 44, of Manchester, on Jan. 8. He was released after posting bail.
  • Michael A. Smith, 24, of Manchester, on Jan. 8. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Jahnny Delvalle, 23, of Toms River, on Jan. 9. He was released after posting bail.
  • Robert A. Cifrodello, 38, of Toms River, on Jan. 10. He was released after posting bail.
  • Jodi A. Kovacs, 23, of Manchester, on Jan. 11. She was released after posting bail.
  • Robert P. Schwiegerath Jr., 46, of Manchester, on Jan. 12. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Nicholas L Bonelli, 31, of Toms River, on Jan. 13. He was transferred to the custody of the Ocean County Sheriff's Department.
