18 Arrested on Warrants in Single Week

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

An average of nearly two people per were arrested on outstanding warrants in Manchester Township in a one-week period ending Dec. 21, including three who ended up in the Ocean County Jail, according to the most recent statistics released by Manchester Township Police.

More than half of the 11 arrests came on a single day—Dec. 18—but most have been spread through the first three weeks of the month.

  • Robert L. Stack, 52, of Bayville, on Dec. 16. He was released after posting bail.
  • Dowann J. Smith, 21, of the Bronx, NY, on Dec. 17. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Anthony M. Fischetta, 27, of Toms River, on Dec. 17. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Jason P. Corliss, 33, of Manchester, on Dec. 18. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • William N. Comba, 41, of Toms River, on Dec. 18. He was released after posting bail.
  • Joseph McGrath, 65, of Manchester, on Dec. 18. He was transferred to Toms River Police.
  • Joseph D. Diblassio Jr., 37, of Levittown, PA, on Dec. 18. He was released after posting bail.
  • Jihad W. Burns, 22, of Toms River, on Dec. 18. He was released after posting bail.
  • Saul Padilla, 35, of Manchester, on Dec. 18. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Christopher E. Hand, 24, of Lakehurst, on Dec. 19. He was released after posting bail.
  • Samantha L. Molinas, 21, of Manchester, on Dec. 21. She was released after posting bail.
