2 Arrested, Charged With Theft, Police Say

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Two Manchester residents have been arrested on theft charges, according to the most recent statistics from the Manchester Township Police Department.

Both arrests came Dec. 17, police said, in two separate incidents.

Peter G. Depaola, 44, was arrested on Northampton Avenue, and was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.

Kimberly L. Ryder, 27, was arrested in Pine Acres Manor, but was released on a court summons after being charged.
