2 Arrested on DWI Charges

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Manchester Police made two drunken-driving arrests in the last two weeks, including one that sent a man to jail, according to the most recent statistics released by police.

Julio Dossman, 47, of Barnegat, was stopped and arrested after he drove drunk on Route 539 on Dec. 9, police said.

Dossman was unable to post bail and was taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Two days later, Daniel S. Lelievre, 26, of Toms River, was pulled over on Route 530 and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said. He was released on a summons after being processed.
