4 Arrested for Drug Possession, Police Say

Four people were arrested on drug charges in the last week, according to the latest statistics from the Manchester Township Police Department.
Carlena C. Piccirillo, 23, of Toms River; Darnell T. Braggs, 25, of Forked River; Evens Lubin Jr., 31, of Manchester; and Ariel R. Barber, 18, of Manchester, were all arrested in the last week of September and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
All four were released on summonses, police said.
