Six people were arrested last week for allegedly driving drunk, including one man who ended up in the Ocean County Jail, Manchester Township Police said.
Rashad S. Anderson, 26, of Lakewood, was hit with a DWI charge when he was arrested at the Ridgeway Fire Department on Aug. 24, police said.
But Anderson was also carrying drugs and didn’t go quietly, police said, adding possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest charges to the list against him, and he was taken to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
Earlier in the week, police arrested Richard F. Mede Jr., 44, of Manchester, Roderick J. Seward, 18, of Brick, John P. Pucillo, 38, of Toms River and Nancy G. Milanak, 60, of Whiting, all of whom were charged with DWI and released on summonses.
Police also arrested Browns Mills resident Jacquelin Wills, 51, at the Super Stop and Shop, charging her both with DWI and on an open warrant. She was turned over to Pemberton Police, Manchester Police said.
