7 Arrested on Warrants in 1st Week of December

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Seven people, including two who ended up in the Ocean County Jail, were arrested on warrants in the first seven days of the month, according to the most recent statistics from the Manchester Township Police Department.

John J. Przybysz, 22, of Toms River, and Lance C. Pearson, 27, of Manchester, were arrested on Dec. 3 and 4, respectively, and were each taken to the jail after being unable to post bail.

Five others were arrested, but either posted bail or were released on their own recognizance. Utisha L. Jenkins, 20, of Brick, was arrested Dec. 1; Christopher A. Rolleri, 31, of Barnegat, Virginia W. Smith, 30, of Lakehurst, and Kadijah D. Lowry, 28, of Petersburg, VA, were all arrested Dec. 4; and Robert D. Parker, 35, of Manchester, was arrested Dec. 7.
