7 Arrested on Warrants in One Week

The following information was provided by Manchester Township Police. It does not indicate convictions.

Manchester officers arrested seven people in the course of a week on outstanding warrants, including two who ended up in the Ocean County Jail, according to the most recent police statistics.

All the arrests came between Jan. 13 and Jan. 19.

  • Luis M. Davila, 37, of Manchester, on Jan. 13. He was released after posting bail.
  • Keith J. Baille, 23, of Manchester, on Jan. 14.Β  He was released after posting bail.
  • John P. Gullo, 22, of Manchester, on Jan. 14. He was transferred to the custody of Neptune Police.
  • Joanna L. Smith, 35, of Manchester, on Jan. 17. She was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Joseph J. Daniels, 22, of Howell, on Jan. 19. He was transferred to the custody of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
  • Peter J. Naekel, 45, of Manchester, on Jan. 19. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail after being unable to post bail.
  • Glen M. Slover, 47, of Jackson, on Jan. 19. He was additionally charged with hindering apprehension and was transferred to the custody of Toms River Police.
