8 Nabbed on Warrants to Start September, Police Say

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate any convictions.

It was a bad time to have a warrant out for your arrest to start out September, according to Manchester Township Police statistics.

Eight people—including three who ended up in the Ocean County Jail—were arrested on outstanding warrants in the first seven days of the month, police said.

All three who were jailed on warrants—Michael A. Vanhine Sr., 26, Wayne B. Dunston Jr., 29, and David V. Santoro, 25—were from Manchester, police said.

Two others—Jennifer A. Hellwig, 30, of Forked River, and Donovan P. Foster Jr., 23, of Browns Mills—were turned over to authorities in other towns, police said.

The other three—Joshua I. Ridley, 20, of Manchester, Carol L. Baumgartner, 30, of Manchester, and Jesus Vasquez-Gonzalez, 28, of Trenton—were all released, police said. Ridley posted bail, while the other two were sent off on their own recognizance.
