9 Warrant Arrests Among Recent Manchester Police Reports

The following information was provided by the Manchester Township Police Department. It does not indicate any convictions.

Manchester Township Police arrested nine people on outstanding warrants in the first week of October, including four who ended up in the Ocean County Jail following their arrests.

Joshua A. Safran, 22, of Lakehurst, Mark C. Williams, 23, of Bordentown, Glenn S. Simpson, 24, of Pine Beach and James W. Smith, 43, of Manchester, were all arrested on outstanding warrants between Oct. 2 and 5, and were all taken to the county jail following their arrests, police said.

Also arrested on warrants were:

  • Marian G. Tucker, 62, of Blackwood, who was released after being arrested on an outstanding warrant following a stop on Route 70 at Manchester Boulevard on Oct. 6.
  • David J. Buckholtz, 28, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, who posted bail after being arrested on an outstanding warrant at a stop on Route 530 on Oct. 6.
  • Alvin D. Davis, 43, of Lakewood, who was released on a summons after being arrested on a warrant and for allegedly providing a false name to police on Oct. 5.
